This post goes out to my father, Laurence Ross Mottram, who wrote this poem "Hugs" before he passed away. He would have loved the photo of this little boy that I took in Phoenix, Arizona at the Indian Festival in 2008.

"Arms are at their best when hugging." Bravo. Between hands and arms, we can see the best and worst of humanity. Love the picture, too!
